We Want Equal Tales! Project Successfully Concluded with Reflection, Learning, and Lasting Impact

The "We Want Equal Tales!" Erasmus+ KA152 Youth Exchange project successfully concluded in Seville, Spain, after bringing together young people between 1–7 October 2025 to promote gender equality through children's literature and creative storytelling. Implemented under Project No. 2025-1-ES02-KA152-YOU-000297374 and coordinated by Asociación LEGO, the project welcomed participants from Spain, Türkiye, Hungary, Ukraine, and Romania. The final day was dedicated to reflection, evaluation, and celebrating the knowledge, friendships, and achievements gained throughout the international youth exchange.

During the morning, participants completed their self-assessment forms and finalized their Youthpass Certificates, reflecting on their personal learning journey and comparing their progress with the goals they had identified at the beginning of the project. This process encouraged participants to recognize the new competences they had developed through intercultural cooperation, non-formal learning, and creative activities focused on gender equality.

The day continued with the "Tell Me a Tale!" activity, where participants transformed their own Erasmus+ experiences into original stories inspired by the project. Through these personal narratives, they reflected on the stereotypes they had challenged, the friendships they had built, and the lessons they would carry into their communities. The stories were also shared through social media, helping to extend the project's message beyond the participants themselves.

The project concluded with a cultural tour of Seville, allowing participants to explore the city's rich history and heritage while strengthening the intercultural bonds formed during the exchange. In the final evaluation session, participants assessed the project's outcomes through surveys and group discussions, highlighting the positive impact of the activities and establishing a strong foundation for future international cooperation promoting equality, inclusion, and active youth participation.
